Return & Refund Policy

At Bioaevum, we take great care in creating and delivering our skincare products and want you to feel confident with every purchase. Because our products are personal-use skincare products, we have established the following return and refund policy to help protect the quality, safety, and integrity of our products.

Returns

We accept returns of eligible products within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Products that have been opened, used, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return due to health, hygiene, and product integrity considerations.

Proof of purchase may be required before a return can be approved.

Please contact us before returning any product. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Opened or Used Skincare Products

Because skincare products come into direct contact with the skin, we are unable to accept returns of products that have been opened or used, except when the product arrived damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect.

Individual skincare experiences can vary. Differences in skin type, sensitivities, routines, and other products being used may affect how a person's skin responds to a product. For this reason, dissatisfaction with personal results or individual skin compatibility does not automatically qualify a product for a refund.

We encourage customers to review the complete ingredient list before use and perform a patch test before incorporating a new skincare product into their routine.

If you experience an unexpected reaction or have concerns about your product, please discontinue use and contact us.

Damaged, Defective, Leaking, or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, leaking, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Please include your order number and photographs of the product and packaging when possible so that we can evaluate the issue.

If the issue is confirmed, Bioaevum may provide a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution at no additional cost to you.

Refunds

Once an eligible return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank, credit card company, or payment provider to process and post the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error by Bioaevum or the product arrived damaged or defective.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for eligible voluntary returns unless the product was damaged, defective, incorrect, or the return resulted from an error by Bioaevum.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning a product. Bioaevum is not responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Products that have been opened or used

• Products returned more than 30 days after delivery

• Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or improper storage

• Products purchased from an unauthorized third-party seller

• Gift cards

• Final-sale or promotional items identified as non-returnable at the time of purchase

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request; however, once an order has entered processing or has shipped, we may be unable to cancel or modify it.
